Terms and Conditions

Everyone has them, and it's important to read them. Saves any awkward conversations later down the line, don't they :-)

DFDETAILING do not accept any liability for any loss or damage to personal belongings left in vehicle whilst being valeted.

Prior to any appointment, all personal belongings should be removed from the vehicle. This is including child seat(s). The boot should also be emptied.

If your vehicle has any bodily fluids, mud, mould, paint or heavily soiled with pet hair we ask you make us aware prior to booking. If we are presented with any of the above, your car will have to be requoted and possibly rescheduled.

DFDETAILING reserves the right to charge each vehicle according to the condition presented to us.

Please note we do take picture(s) of your vehicle for social media purposes, if you do not want your vehicle on social media, it is your duty to inform us.

DFDETALING cannot control acts of traffic, acts of God or acts of others. If DFDETAILING has to cancel or rearrange your booking due to an unfortunate incident or occurrence, we will offer you our soonest available appointment. 

Due to insurance purposes, as well as staff and vehicle safety DFDETAILING will NOT commence work on any vehicle that is on the main road, heavily used road, or small and tight road. We also cannot work in pay and display car parks.

Upon every booking you will be asked to read these terms and conditions, with doing so you agree to our terms of business. Any bookings that are made but then affected by any of the above may result in full booking charges being payable. An invoice will be sent to the address given which you will of supplied upon booking. Failure to pay will result in legal action being taken. A missed booking is a missed wage, we will not fall victim to a loss in time or pay under any circumstances.
